Despite the horrid cold inflicted upon us, there are some bright lights on the horizon...and one of them is the fact that the weathermen are predicting a 50-degree day for the Super Bowl. But even better than that warming news is the fact that we are now approaching kinder weather in general — and the first onslaught of the spring accessories-oriented press releases has landed in my inbox, one of which heralds an ab fab, peteite minaudière from Nina, a company whose dress-up shoes I have always worn (just look inside my shoe closet!) and will be wearing shortly in Vienna. (To a ball! Stay tuned for the 4-1-1 about that.)
So here is a little something to cheer you up this gray, wintry season as we wait to glide into sunny spring. It's the "Boise" handbag from Nina. It is a Lucite marvel at $64 and available in a variety of colors, including a leopard-skin print, black, and a few neon-brights, shown here. It measures 7" x 4.25" x 1" and has a 9-inch chain strap; inside is a little interior wall pocket for pesky things like phones. And you can buy it directly from Nina, right here and now!
